Our Year 3 children worked with Cumbria Wildlife Trust last Wednesday to plant some wild flowers in Irthing Park. They enjoyed a lovely afternoon in the sunshine learning about biodiversity and planting all sorts of interesting flowers. We look forward to seeing how they grow over the next year and I am sure they will bring some more interesting colours and insects to the local community. Well done to Year 3 for contributing to their community so positively.
