Today saw the closing day of our first Faith Week at BPS. The theme of the week has been 'light' and the children have enjoyed a busy and productive week learning about how the most popular global religions value light. After starting with an agnostic look at what light means to those who believe in science, the children have enjoyed learning about the values, stories and symbolism involved in other religions including: Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism and Islam. We hope they have begun to understand more about these different religions and enjoyed the experiences offered to them over the course of the week. Thank you to Miss Nelson once again for her enthusiasm and organisation.
