In your second gym lesson, I'd like you to revisit rolling. You can start with the warm up, then practise log rolls (legs together, pointed toes and arms straight each side of the head), egg rolls, teddy rolls and forward rolls. If you would like a ramp to start, perhaps you could use some cushions? 

Can you create a sequence with a range of balances, jumps and rolls?
