Key Stage One had a great day today at Tullie House Museum in Carlisle. The day started with two workshops; 'Toys from the Past' and 'Homes in the Past'. The children thoroughly enjoyed the handling sessions where they interacted with real objects from the past. The children asked interesting questions and were extremely engaging with both the staff and subject content.
After lunch, the children explored the museum and galleries-interacting with all of the exhibits. It is always great to hear from museum staff and members of the public that the children at BPS have fantastic manners and great behaviour when wandering around. Thank you for supporting our visit and we will look forward to using Tullie House in the future.
