During the summer term, we would begin with our Athletics unit of work.
In week one we would be focusing on jumping. We would think about take-off and landing and the different ways we can jump. Why not try the warm-up activities and then have a go at the jumping?
Can you record how far you have jumped or how high if you are short of room. Try each different way using the information card below. A big part of athletics is trying to improve upon your own scores. Always trying hard to achieve a new personal best - why not record how you are doing and try to improve upon it each time. Don’t forget to cool down afterwards.
