Athletics.

This week the focus is throwing and reactions. Have a go at some of the activities. For the throwing activity, you could make a hoop out of twigs or T-shirts or anything you have in the house! The same goes for a beanbag / ball - if you don't have one, try making one - a scrunched up piece of paper might work for example.
