This week in athletics, I have a standing long jump task for you. This builds on the work you did in week one around correct take-off and landing.
We would do the same if we were at school as we don’t have a long jump pit to jump into. Look at the information pages I have attached to this page and the accompanying video links if you feel you need further explanation. Hope you enjoy, I wonder how far you can jump? Remember try to improve your jumps each time. Can you find your personal best?
